Responsibilities:

  • Proactive sales of spare parts and consumables to customers
  • Advise customers on their equipment's obsolescence status
  • Support customers with finding their optimized, riskbased spare parts strategy for their SKAN equipment
  • Act as global point of contact for SKAN subsidiaries for spare parts sales related questions
  • Define standard spare parts packages per equipment type
  • Participate in expos & conferences, representing Spare Parts Aftersales
  • Ensure business growth by identifying opportunities for expansion
  • Responsible for the creation and the followup of spare parts quotations
  • Approx. 25% business travel
Hardskills

  • Several years of experience as (Technical) Customer Service Engineer/Manager
  • Familiar with technical spare parts and their documentation
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations desirable
  • Familiar with MS Office products, specifically Excel
  • Fluent in German and a good command in English

  • Able to perform several tasks simultaneously

  • Good negotiation skills
