Client Relationship Manager (m/w/d)

Tasks

**Du wirst für die folgenden Bereiche verantwortlich sein**:

- Akquise und Beratung von HNWI und KMU Kunden, die in Bitcoin investieren möchten
- Begleitung des Onboarding Prozesses von grossen Privat
- und Firmenkunden (ab $100k)
- Mithilfe beim Management und der Administration von Kundendokumenten
- Vielfältige Mitarbeit in unserem kleinen, dynamischen OTC und Operations Team
- Aktive und speditive Korrespondenz mit unserem internen Compliance-Team
- Auf
- und Ausbau sowie Optimierung unserer Strukturen und Prozesse im OTC Bereich

**Requirements**:
Was brauchst du für diesen Job?
- 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Sales-Position mit Kundenverantwortung in einem Fintech Startup, idealerweise mit bereits existierendem Netzwerk (HNWIs und KMUs)
- Grosses Wissen sowie hohe Affinität und Leidenschaft für Bitcoin und Finanzen
- Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch, Italienisch und Französisch sind ein grosses Plus
- Klare und effiziente mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Bedingungslose Zuverlässigkeit, Dienstleistungsorientierung und starke Arbeitsmoral
