Working closely in collaboration with our global commercial teams, you will lead tenders and major opportunities for existing and prospect clients so if you have a strong analytical mindset and thrive on coordination - this is the role for you:
**Here's what you'll do**:

- Manage top opportunities and complete tenders, working in coordination with the global commercial teams
- Analyse and understand customer requirements as set out in the tender documents
- Understand customers’ tender platforms to manage the request effectively
- Liaise with the global commercial teams and other internal departments to agree targets.
- Independently coordinate and monitor the entire tender process, manage the timelines and content according to the client requirements
- Support and deliver content for proposal documents, solution descriptions and presentation material
- Liaise with international teams to ensure we offer best in class solutions and competitive pricing
- Ensure high standard of response and customer satisfaction
- Manage and analyse bid results for continuous improvement targets
- Develop a broad understanding of market rates and dynamics through detailed post tender feedback analysis
- Support the team with other, pricing related projects

**Requirements**:
**This is what you'll need**:

- Previous experience in logistics tender management, preferably in airfreight
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Experience in managing projects and coordinating between multiple teams
- Strong process analysis, problem solving and strategy development skills
- Ability to structure work, prioritize and manage tasks and deadlines
- Focus on quality delivery to optimize customer experience
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English, every other language is a plus
- Use of IT systems (in-house, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
