**Deine Verantwortung**:

- Entwicklung und Implementierung von HR-Strategien, die die Unternehmensziele unterstützen
- Verantwortung für alle HR-relevanten Themen, einschließlich Personalbeschaffung, Talentmanagement, Personalentwicklung und Employee Relations
- Führung des HR-Teams und Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen HR-Administration
- Beratung der Geschäftsleitung und der Führungskräfte in HR-Fragen
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der HR-Prozesse

**Deine Skills**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Psychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden HR-Funktion, idealerweise in einem größeren Unternehmen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in HR-Prozessen
- Führungserfahrung und die Fähigkeit, ein motiviertes HR-Team zu entwickeln und zu führen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und unternehmerisches Denken
- Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse
