Business Operations Coordinator

A very well-known IT company is looking for a Business Operations Manager.

Location: Zurich

Duration: 18 months

As an Operations Manager / Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of the marketing department. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of operational tasks aimed at facilitating the marketing rhythm of the business (ROB) and maintaining efficient processes. **You will be responsible to open and manage Purchase Orders for the marketing department and ensure invoices are uploaded correctly and approved in time.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Support**: Provide crucial support for day-to-day marketing operations and execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely response to action items and maintain the marketing ROB.
- **Purchase Order Management**: Take charge of opening and managing Purchase Orders (POs) for the marketing department. Ensure that invoices are accurately uploaded, reviewed, and approved in a timely manner to facilitate smooth financial operations.
- **Contract Compliance**: Manage contract reviews in coordination with the Global Contract Office for marketing initiatives. Ensure that all contracts are compliant with company policies and regulations and are approved within established timelines.
- **Marketing Spend Oversight**: Oversee the operations of the marketing spend plan. Monitor and update spending reports on a daily basis to keep stakeholders informed and ensure adherence to the budget.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing operations, procurement, or contract management is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with marketing software and tools is a bonus.
