**DEINE AUFGABEN ***

Du bist für das Retail Excellence Merchandising verantwortlich, um ein qualitatives und konsistentes Image der Marken der Luxury Division in den physischen Verkaufsstellen zu gewährleisten:
**Visual merchandising**:

- ** Ausarbeitung, Koordination und Überwachung **aller Aspekte des Visual Merchandising (DIAS, Visuals, POS,...) gemäß der Planung der Markteinführung und der Priorisierung der POS, mit dem Ziel, die Merchandising-Exzellenz der Marken in den physischen Verkaufsstellen zu gewährleisten und die Kundennavigation zu fördern.
- ** Koordination von Neueröffnungen/Renovierungen von physischen Verkaufsstellen** in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Retail Design & Merchandising Manager.
- ** Verantwortlich für die Implementierung von permanentem/semipermanentem POS**, um visuelle Merchandising-Exzellenz zu gewährleisten.
- Verantwortlich für die Erstellung und/oder Koordination von Parfum-, Skincare
- und Make Up-Planogrammen für die verschiedenen Marken.
- ** Steuerung des Jahresbudgets** sowie der Verwaltung der POS-Lagerbestände...

**Kategoriale Projekt**:

- Teilnahme an **kategorialen Projekten**.
- Physische Umsetzung mit Hilfe des Retail Design & Merchandising Managers.
- Kontakt mit den Zonen / DMIs.
- Interne Validierung von Projekten mit der Marke (lokal / Zone / DMI), dem Retail-Team und dem Kunden.

**Andere**:

- Verantwortlich für die Überwachung des Wettbewerbs und die Weitergabe von Schlüsselinformationen intern und an die Zone / DMI.
- ** Unterstützung des Retail Animation Manager & Retail Design Merchandising Manager** bei spezifischen Projekten (Eventing, Koordination von Animationen,...).

**DEIN PROFIL ** ** **?**
- Du sprichst fliessend Deutsch (bzw. Schweizerdeutsch), Französisch une Englisch.
- Du bist ein offener Teamplayer und nimmst gerne neue Herausforderungen an.
- Du bist proaktiv, selbstständig und zuverlässig und zögerst nicht deine Projekte mit Empowerment und Elan zu steuern.
- Du interessierst dich generell für Trends und beobachtest das Konsumentenverhalten mit Neugierde.
- Du kannst mit MS Office-Programmen umgehen, insbesondere Teams, Excel und PowerPoint.
