**Legal Assistant**

**Permanent part-time contract, **50% to 60% starting in May**

As Legal Assistant, your main missions will be:

- Company secretarial support: support the day-to-day administration of the entities worldwide; prepare and proofread standard corporate documentation; coordinate approvals, signatures, notarization apostille, translations and legalization of documents; help with the corporate governance processes
- Contract support: prepare, review and proofread NDAs and standard templates with no or mínimal supervision; support the legal team with the preparation of draft versions of more complex legal documentation; manage signing process (DocuSign or wet-ink signatures as per internal policies)
- Contract Management: take a proactive role in the implementation and setting of the new contract management tool; maintain and administer such contract management system; monitor life span of contracts and proactively advise teams on up-coming deadlines
- Compliance: support the standards due diligence process
- Maintain teams folders, SharePoint sites and other files of the department; assist the legal team on communication activities; provide legal inductions for new joiners; provide administrative support with management of invoices, purchase order and expense reconciliation and support the Group General Counsel with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed
