As the IS Continual Service Improvement (CSI) Lead you will ensures and implement the CSI process within the IS organization globally. You will aim to simplify, optimize, and automate services, processes, and products, improving CSI practice maturity & adoption and maximizing business benefits against the CSI portfolios. Location: Global

**This position reports to**:
IS Continual Service Improvement Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Implementation, improvement and adoption of the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) process within ABB IS.
- Monitoring of the correct and improved implementation of the CSI Process and ensures all CSIs are completed on-time, on-budget and on-quality.
- Monitoring and facilitating execution & achievements of CSI portfolio outcomes and responsible for exploring opportunities & actively collaborating with Service Owners in maximizing CSI Portfolio outcomes.
- Driving opportunities on technical and functional service enhancements, leveraging emerging technology and best practices, to continuously maximize business benefits and presents such proposal to Service Owners for acceptance.
- Analysing and correlating data from multiple sources and collaborate with Service Owners/teams to proactively identify improvements.
- Acting as Lean Integrator & CSI Change Agent to enable Service Owners & business processes.
- Proactively supporting Race2Care or similar Reward & Recognition process initiatives.
- Keeping policies, guidelines, standards, and techniques updated for Continual service improvement process and recommends improvement to IT CSI process / framework

**Your background**:

- Above 5 years of experience in change management and Continual service improvement within global environments.
- 5 years’ experience in Information System and in roles requiring project management skills.
- Sound knowledge on implementing process compliance, optimization, review & benchmarking.
- Passionate about bringing Continual Service Improvement
- Outstanding influence skills to drive transformation across the whole IS community
- Experience of being a Change Agent challenging conventional thinking, approach and methodology and driving improvements
- Proven ability to build solid relationships with the customers based on trust, professionalism and transparency.
