Stäubli Electrical Connectors is a leading international manufacturer of electrical contacts and system solutions for industry.

The work location is at our headquarter in Allschwil.

Tasks
- Develop and execute reviews and sourcing strategies for the assigned direct material categories
- Contribute to 3 - 5 year innovation program, seeking and promoting supplier's opportunities and partnerships
- Develop supplier relationship management program with strategic suppliers, supported by negotiation of long term agreements
- Follow and communicate Suppliers Risks, provide and execute mitigation plans
- Organize periodic Business Reviews with strategic suppliers

Profil
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or alternatively in business adminstration, supply chain management or equivalent
- Able to create strong contractual supply agreements with minimum legal support
- Minimum 6 years of strategic and operational sourcing experience for industry sector at international level. Experience of working in multicultural international matrix organizations
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and SAP is required
- Proficient with MS Office
- Experience with EDI and e-sourcing solutions is an advantage
- Very good knowledge in German, French and English, other languages an advantage
