**Was du bewegst**:

Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung der strategischen Projekte Web und CRM betreffend Inhalt, Budget und Timing
Ermittlung der Benutzeranforderungen, Erfassung der User-Storyline sowie Mitarbeit an der Produktentwicklung und der Roadmap (Priorisierung der Features)
Lead für Management Dokumente (Reporting, Präsentationen) sowie Sprintplanungen und Budgetcontrolling
Koordination der Stakeholder Business und IT zum Aufbau der Webseiten und des CRM der Miduca AG
Abnahme von IT-Umsetzungen und Change-Request-Managementprozesse

**Was du mitbringst**:
**Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)**:

in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder Marketing

**Fundierte Berufserfahrung**:

in der Leitung und Implementierung von strategischen Projekten mit interdisziplinären Anspruchsgruppen

**Deutsch (fliessend)**:
**Englisch (gute Kenntnisse)**:
**Französisch (gute Kenntnisse)**:

Sehr gutes digitales Verständnis für Webplattform, E-Commerce und CRM
Gutes Customer-Journey-Verständnis zur Steigerung der KPI, Erfahrungen in agilen Arbeitsweisen wie Serum, Safe etc.
Starkes Stakeholdermanagement sowie hohe Lösungsorientierung
Analytische, vernetzte und datengetriebene Denkweise
