Dans le cadre de plusieurs projets, nous recherchons un(e) Brand Ambassador, qui incarnera au quotidien les valeurs de **MEMO INTERNATIONAL**, assurera le rayonnement de la Maison qu’il ou elle représente et participera au développement du chiffre d’affaires chez Globus à Genève.

**VOTRE IMPACT**

Sous la responsabilité de l’Area Manager, le/la Brand Ambassador assure la vente des produits parfums et accessoires. Il/ elle atteint les objectifs de vente tout en étant garant de l’image de marque, propose un service de très haute qualité aux clients et délivre une expérience shopping unique aux marques du groupe MEMO International (Memo Paris, Floraiku & Hermetica).

Dans ce cadre, vos missions seront les suivantes:

Développer le chiffre d’affaires du point de vente et garantir la qualité de service _**
- Vous optimisez les performances quantitatives et qualitatives de votre point de vente pour la satisfaction de chaque client (conseils, SAV, etc.) ;
- Vous assurez un reporting quantitatif et qualitatif quotidien à l’attention de votre manager (résultats, animations et concurrence) ;
- Vous développez les ventes additionnelles et la montée en gamme auprès de la clientèle pour toutes les catégories de produits et augmenter le panier moyen
- Vous anticipez et répondez aux besoins/attentes de la clientèle ;
- Vous développez des relations durables avec la clientèle pour la fidéliser ;
- Vous garantissez et véhiculez parfaitement l’image de la Maison et ses valeurs
- auprès des clients et de l’équipe Globus ;
- Vous encaissez les ventes ;
- Vous renseignez la base de données clients.

Animer l’espace de vente _**
- Vous participez aux actions locales et animations commerciales : vous êtes l’ambassadeur de la Maison sur le point de vente
- Vous êtes force de proposition pour dynamiser le chiffre d’affaires (parte de « best practices », animations à mettre en place, etc.) ;
- Vous partagez les bonnes pratiques avec l’équipe, êtes dynamique et contribuez à alimenter les connaissances et compétences collectives ;
- Vous remontez les commentaires des client(e)s sur les produits.

Participer à la gestion du point de vente au sein de l’équipe_**

**_ Qualité du merchandising : veiller à la qualité de la présentation du comptoir_**
- Vous êtes le/la garant.e du respect de l’image d’excellence de la maison sur le stand (expérience client, merchandising...) ;
- Vous assurez la maintenance générale de votre comptoir (espace de vente et back
- office) ;
- Vous établissez les commandes de POSM tous les mois.

- Vous contribuez à la gestion du
- stock en fonction de la
- saisonnalité et des caractéristiques du magasin.

Respect des règles de vie sur le point de vente _**
- Vous respectez les règles de ponctualité, de planning et de présentation ;
- Vous participez activement à la vie de l’équipe ;
- Vous remontez les difficultés à votre Area Manager.

Relation avec Globus _**
- Véritable ambassadeur de nos marques, vous interagissez de manière positive avec les équipes Globus et créez un lien solide avec les autres équipes ; vous faites en sorte que Memo soit l’une des marques favorites des Responsables Parfumerie et de l’équipe Achats, sans oublier les collègues de la concurrence ;
- Vous participez aux briefs du magasin ;
- Vous respectez les règles internes du magasin.

**QUI ÊTES-VOUS ?
- Expérience dans la vente de détail, de préférence dans le secteur des parfums et du luxe de 1 an minimum ;
- Sens aigu du service et de la vente, être orienté(e) client et résultats
- Fortes qualités relationnelles et goût du challenge ;
- Pratique des outils informatiques (MS Office : Excel, Word) ;
- Anglais courant ;
- La maîtrise d’une langue supplémentaire (arabe, chinois, russe, etc.) est fortement recommandé.
