**Randstad (Switzerland) AG** is looking for an **Administrative Support for Quality Management System dept. 30% - 6 month **(temporary, with possible extension)

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support for QMS dept. (training & onboarding), Head of QMS and Head of Quality, ZUKO and WIZUs management.
- Creates or reviews and approves SOPs in area of expertise
- Collects key performance indicators (KPIs) data suitable to assess the effectiveness of the quality systems on a regular basis
- Represents QA in local boards
- Proactively seeks to understand internal administrative support needs

**Key requirements**:

- Well organized, self starter, high grade of autonomy
- Good use of IT tools (e.g. Excel, Power Point, Word, Share Point)
- Provides suggestions for improvement to documentation and workflows
- Knowledge of GMP would be an advantage
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills
- Fluency in English and German
