As a member of the Quality Systems group, the QA administrator is responsible for Lonza’s IT Quality Systems in Visp (Documentum Management System, TrackWise and other systems). We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record, who proactively supports the organization with regard to compliance and maintenance of conformance, to established quality assurance processes and systems.

Key responsibilities:

- Local administrator for IT Quality systems, responsible to assign permissions
- Providing first level support via user hotline
- Maintaining master data for IT quality system
- Writing and maintaining SOPs, providing general administrative support and implementing processes improvement

Key requirements:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent vocational qualification
- Significant experience in GMP quality systems and procedures, preferred within a Quality unit
- Experience in cross-site and working with multifunctional teams
- ability to explain and present complex systems in audits and inspections
- experience handling challenging stakeholders would be an advantage
- Fluent in English and German
