**Your responsibilities**:
RepRisk partners with institutions globally for product integration and data re-distribution of its industry leading ESG risk data. As our new Senior Project Manager, Marketing Business Development, you will ensure that these partnerships and other alliances are strategically activated to support brand awareness and lead generation goals, and drive new and market-specific development through marketing activities. You will be a part of our global Sales and Marketing division and report to the Head of Marketing and Communications (Marcomm), based in Zurich, Switzerland. In particular, you will:

- Define strategy for and lead the execution of marketing and communication activities with partners, memberships, and other alliances, as well as for new and market-specific business development, working closely with internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis, serving as the internal Marcomm expert on these relationships and ensuring results
- Act as Marcomm’s representative for RepRisk’s partners globally, building and managing relationships, and proactively driving and implementing joint marketing opportunities in line with the business plan of RepRisk and of the partner
- Act as the account manager for RepRisk’s memberhips and other alliances globally, managing contractual responsiblities and ensuring the suite of memberships and alliances fits RepRisk’s position in the industry and supports brand awareness and lead generation goals
- Implement RepRisk’s market-specific and new market development through marketing and communication activities, as well as by activating strategic partners and memberships
- Support Head of Marketing and Communications in strategic planning, budgeting, controlling, and reporting activities

**Qualifications**:

- Solid professional experience with 5+ years in a marketing and communications, and/or sustainability role, in the financial industry is a must.
- Experience with project and stakeholder management, as well as business KPIs
- Interest in ESG topics and solutions, expertise on the ESG industry and relevant organizations and frameworks such as UN PRI is a plus
- You are strategic thinker and a team player, with the ability to work hands-on and as a “one-person show”
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proficiency in English. Any other language is a plus
