**Your responsibilities**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics in form of integrated marketing plans for Art Basel
- Lead creative brief development with internal creative team and/or external agencies
- Drive creative production of marketing material and campaign assets that conform with Art Basel's brand positioning
- Ensure an aligned external presence and seamless customer experience
- Continually leverage key insights from audience to develop and refine integrated marketing strategies
- Review and synthesize weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs, turning insight into actionable marketing plans and generate steady growth for the various products
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management
- Monitor competitor activities: identify trends and lead the project management of new initiatives
- Responsible for creating presentations that effectively communicate the company's marketing efforts to various stakeholders
- Perform other team duties as assigned

**Your profile**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of omnichannel marketing, including expertise across digital platforms
- Results driven, analytically minded, comfortable with data deriving insights to action
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Experience in creating engaging and effective presentations
- Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills working effectively across functional teams
- Substantial understanding of marketing analytics and digital marketing platforms
- Natural curiosity with in-depth awareness and passion for learning the marketplace, consumer trends, evolving digital media practices and industry standard methodologies
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills with a strong sense of storytelling
- Ability to quickly adapt to the changing needs of our brand and business and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the art market is a plus
