**Schroders Capital** is the private markets investment division of Schroders Group. With $88bn AUM and 680 employees, we cover a broad range of asset classes out of 19 offices globally. We provide investors with access to a broad range of private equity investment opportunities across buyout and growth investments, as well as for venture capital with a focus on what we consider the most attractive parts of the global private equity market.

To support our Private Equity team in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated professional for the following position:
**Head of Treasury Private Assets**

**Key activities**
- Define the Treasury strategy and lead related implementation initiatives, in close collaboration with key stakeholders
- Manage the relationship with banking service providers
- Lead RfPs and negotiations for new services
- Optimize our global banking landscape on a regular basis
- Assume business ownership for our Coupa TM5 treasury platform, including provider relationship management, release management coordination and data administration
- Administer SWIFT membership, responsible for the yearly SWIFT CSCF assessment
- Lead the account opening process and the establishment of credit facilities for new structures, including KYC/DD, technical connectivity and operational readiness
- Ensure treasury operations - cash management, credit facilities, payments, reporting, risk management, cash pooling, netting and settlement
- Report on operational performance and identified areas for improvement
- Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts

**Required profile**
- Experience in leading a treasury function
- Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Evidence of setting a business strategy and leading its implementation
- Ability to manage senior stakeholders
- Proof of network in the banking service market
- Delivery record of RfPs and contract negotiations
- Knowledge of global payment format standards (e.g. SWIFT, ISO 20022)
- Flexibility to adapt to changing day-to-day priorities
- Evidence of resolving challenging issues and contributing to end state solution
- Experience and knowledge of Private Assets
- Knowledge of Coupa TM5 treasury management system
- Inspiring and collaborative team leader
- Strong communicator, enjoys working with people from a variety of backgrounds
- Methodical and detail orientated
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Receptive to others’ ideas and responds constructively to challenges
