La risorsa prescelta avrà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Presidiare il centralino, la reception e la segreteria in generale;
- Gestire, organizzare ed indirizzare opportunamente la documentazione cartacea ed elettronica in entrata ed in uscita;
- Accogliere i Clienti/Fornitori e gestire i rapporti con essi, ogni qualvolta sia opportuno;
- Organizzare e scadenziare giornalmente le pratiche in gestione dall’ufficio commerciale ;
- Preparare i documenti ed organizzarne la presentazione;
- Gestire i rapporti con l'ufficio commerciale e fornire ad esso pieno supporto;
- Gestire gli archivi, redigere documenti, impostare ed organizzare l’archiviazione;
- Assistenza alla Direzione;
- Dataentry;
Requisiti richiesti:

- Indispensabile una ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Diploma di scuola superiore e/o laurea;
- Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni, maturata preferibilmente in società internazionali;
- Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative;
- Buona gestione del lavoro in condizioni di stress;
- Proattività, determinazione e precisione;
- Capacità nell’organizzazione e pianificazione del lavoro, gestione di collaboratori e rigoroso rispetto delle scadenze;
- Ottima padronanza del Pacchetto Office: Word, Excel, Outlook;

Si prevede un orario di lavoro full time.
