**Cost Controlling**
**Administrator (m/w/i) 100%**:

- Ihr Aufgabenbereich umfasst primär folgende Tätigkeiten:

- die sorgfältige Erfassung der Lieferscheine im Warenwirtschaftssystem
- die korrekte und fristgerechte Rechnungsbearbeitung im Buchhaltungsprogramm
- die Vorbereitung und Koordination der monatlichen Inventuren
- die Planung, Durchführung und Nachbearbeitung von Schulungen über das Warenwirtschaftssystem inkl. Dokumentationserstellung in DE und EN
- die Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufen der Warenwirtschaft im ganzen Resort
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung sowie bereits Erfahrung in der Hotellerie gesammelt. Sie sind eine kommunikative und gut organisierte Persönlichkeit und behalten auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick. Deutsch und Englisch beherrschen Sie verhandlungssicher in Wort und Schrift. Sie sind das selbständige sowie verantwortungsbewusste Arbeiten gewohnt und verfügen über sehr gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse in den Office Programmen (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).- Es erwartet Sie eine vielseitige Tätigkeit in einem tollen Team und vielen Benefits wie ein modernes Personalhaus mit Fitnessstudio, TV-Lounge, Billardraum, Bibliothek.
