**Job Purpose**:
We are actively seeking an energetic and dynamic Controller to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of controlling operations and supply chain organizations, playing a key role in shaping our reporting and accounting processes. As a vital member of our team, you will bring enthusiasm and expertise to contribute to the overall success of our financial operations. **Main Responsibilities**:
- Conduct value-added analysis to assess factory efficiency.
- Execute daily production control activities in the ERP system (JDE).
- Contribute to the month-end reporting process and provide explanations for variances compared to the budget.
- Play a key role in coordinating and facilitating forecasting activities.
- Participate in the yearly standard costing update.
- Assist the production manager in the CAPEX process.
- Ensure compliance with internal control systems by performing dedicated month-end closing activities.
- Identify and support process improvements and automation initiatives.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Over 5 years of professional experience, with Big 4 experience considered a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in both English and German.
- Results-oriented with a hands-on attitude.
- Strong team player with the ability to work in a cross-cultural environment.
- Familiarity with IFRS and Swiss GAAP.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Power Pivot is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Cognos and JD-Edwards would be beneficial.
