The designs developed by Panerai in that time, including the Luminor and Radiomir, were covered by the Military Secrets Act for many years and were launched on the international market only after the brand was acquired by the Richemont Group in 1997.

Today Panerai develops and crafts its movements and watches at its Neuchâtel manufacture. The latter are a seamless melding of Italian design flair and history with Swiss horological expertise. Panerai watches are sold across the world through an exclusive network of distributors and Panerai boutiques.

**INDUSTRIAL MANAGEMENT CONTROLLER**
For our manufacture based in Neuchâtel, we are currently aiming to reinforce our Finance department. This key role will have as main responsibility to ensure the measurement and monitoring of key performance indicators, optimisation of the overall industrial performance

In this position, the main tasks will be the following:
**Product pricing management**:

- Establish standard components costs
- Build up standards in SAP Product Costing.
- Monthly analysis of standard vs. actual cost variances for the product reference
- Certification of finished products and components

**Industrial management control**:

- Identify factory losses, their root causes, and participate in implementing any corrective actions
- Analyze investments profitability including men and machines output
- Analyze the purchasing performance and measurement of purchasing gains
- Ensure consistency between standard/ prices catalogue /receipt

**Financial planning**:

- Develop budgets, estimate and rolling forecast those in compliance with the financial frameworks.
- Manage the reporting in Anaplan

**Intra
- and inter-departmental collaboration**
- Share and explain the monthly results throughout the manufacturing organization
- Develop a close and proactive collaboration with all the industrial departments

**PROFILE**
- With a university/Higher education diploma in Finance or related field you have a minimum 5 of years’ experience in a similar role in an industrial field.
- Comfortable with manufacturing activity analysis, you have good knowledge of the watchmaking industry
- You demonstrate deep knowledge of the following tools: Excel, BW analysis SAP Product costing, PowerBi.
- Conscious and organised, you possess excellent Synthesis and organisational Skills
- Problems solving and solution oriented, you work in a reliable, rigorous and autonomous way.
- Thanks to your very good interpersonal skills, you have developed flexibility and a team player mindset
- Fluent in French, you demonstrate very good knowledge of English
