Pharmanovia’s therapeutic areas include Cardiovascular, Oncology, Endocrinology and Neurology.

**About the role**:

- Project management of the on-going internal and external projects within Pharmanovia.
- Take responsibility for project management and tracking of key projects.
- Ensure accurate reporting of project performance to senior stakeholders and other members of the Pharmanovia team.
- Aid ongoing building of professional relationships with partner companies via defined communication channels on a global level.
- Create and deliver project plans in alignment with the cross-functional Pharmanovia teams.
- Setup regular meetings for key project workstreams to facilitate knowledge exchange between team members and follow-up on actions.
- Hold cross-functional team to account on actions on deliverables.
- Organise and schedule meetings both internally and externally, preparing agendas and taking and distributing minutes.
- Provide a pro-active approach to problem solving within the projects, assisting the company to deliver on key functional and strategic goals.
- Identify potential project problems, risks, mitigate contingencies and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and manage ongoing professional relationships with Pharmanovia’s key partner companies.
- Oversee day to day activities of junior staff and coach them to help them perform efficiently.

**About you - what we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in project management
- Strong understanding of best practices in project portfolio management
- Familiar with governance and risk management frameworks
- Pharmaceutical sector experience desirable
- Experience of leading project meetings, preparation of the project meeting agenda and taking minutes
- Analytical with the ability to produce professional reports, identifying trends and making suitable recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and attention to detail
- Advanced level of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- A current or working towards a project management qualification
