The Regional Sales Directors must have the ability to develop and implement an effective go-to-market plan aligned with Unispaces' overall strategy, act as the Unispace spokesperson in the region and be the executive sponsor for key customer and partner relationships. The incumbent is an inspiring leader of people who can recruit and retain exceptional talent, support the team in delivering on the agreed metrics, and while leading from the front, work alongside the team to exceed the targets for the region. You will operate at a Leadership Level, with trusted and strong relationships across this team. You will have an excellent understanding of our business, our clients and be an experienced and proficient leader. You will also be fully accountable for your region including performance in sales, design and delivery and an experienced and successful coach.

**What you'll deliver**

A pipeline of projects and a continual growth in sales across your region. You will work with the wider leadership team to ensure perfect delivery of pitches and seamless delivery of our product. You will lead and manage a motivated and engaged cross-discipline team who you will ensure understand what is expected of them and who support the shape and direction of the regional strategy. You will also provide accurate reporting of regional performance ensuring the regional sales targets are met together with projected revenue.

**What you're responsible for**

Your primary responsibilities will involve leading an engaged and successful team in your region, and meeting your sales and revenue targets. The key elements of the role involve the following:

- Completing all financial reporting against sales (using our Salesforce system), pipeline projections, gross profit (GP), direct labour costs, fade or gain reports etc. Ensure this is communicated effectively through sales meetings and formal and informal communication.
- Oversee the effective adoption of our systems, including Salesforce, Vista, Procore, Revitt, Namely, Lever etc.
- Development of strategic relationships with agents and project managers within the region and European markets to drive new opportunities into the business
- Full accountability for the development of channel partnerships of a formal and informal nature to support the development of opportunities.
- Establish client meetings and present Unispace (& our partners) to potential clients both in region and throughout Europe. Expand the regional pipeline in line with pre-agreed targets
- Develop win-maps and strategic plans with the wider team to maximize project wins
- Maintaing current clients through proactive networking and relationship building with new/existing partners and business contacts.
- Following up new business opportunities and winning new clients
- Account manage the portfolio of clients as the region grows to ensure long term client retention
- Full accountability for growing the region
- Regularly report, as required, on the market. This will include identifying issues and reporting on all sales generation and client progress
- Working closely and effectively with the Head of Sales, Design Operations Lead and Head of Delivery and our Corporate Functions (marketing, IT, Finance and People & Culture)
- Establishing a high performing, cross-discipline team ensuring you work with key stakeholders within and external to your team to bring in the right talent thro
