**Job Description**:
To support our fast-growing business in Europe, we are looking for a new business development lead for our main markets Germany & Switzerland to work with our global team of 1.550+ Adobe professionals.
In this role, you will be in charge of growing our market presence in our main markets,Germany and Switzerland.
This is a key role for the organization in which you will be accountable for:
- Establishing new client relationships and winning deals
- Achieving defined revenue targets for new accounts
- Keeping our sales/opportunity management up to date to provide relevant and accurate forecasts
- Leading sales opportunities, supported by our inside sales team
- Working with the delivery teams to drive growth
- Managing opportunities with Adobe and the Cognizant Client Partners
**Qualifications**:
**What you need to be successful?**
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on mentality
- Proven track record of winning multi million deals in the digital space
- Understanding technology and Digital Marketing
- Feel technology and digital marketing trends
- Preferably having Adobe Experience Cloud knowhow
- Excellent social and networking skills
- Having an excellent network in our key industries and preferably within Adobe
- Sales background in B2B, proven experience, at least 5 years in a similar role is a must
- Being able to present a successful record in selling digital transformation projects
- Good time management & self-organizing abilities
