We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Manager at Aktionariat, you will play a pivotal role in driving our marketing efforts forward and expanding our reach to both potential investors and aspiring entrepreneurs and top-line SME Managers.

Tasks

As the Marketing Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Taking responsibility for all marketing activities and demonstrating leadership in all marketing initiatives
- Driving the marketing efforts forward by developing and executing strategic marketing plans aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Managing social media channels, the company newsletter and our blog, creating engaging content to attract our target audience.
- Overseeing the performance of marketing campaigns, tracking key metrics, and implementing data-driven insights to optimize performance.
- Managing relationships with partner agencies, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment with marketing strategies.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to shape our marketing strategies and campaigns.Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to align marketing efforts and drive cohesive messaging.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and engage with diverse audiences.
- Knowledge about AI-powered platforms for data analysis, campaign optimization, and targeted customer engagement
- Experience in managing social media and using analytics tools to track performance
- Willingness to manage external agencies and build successful partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to think strategically and identify innovative solutions to drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Advanced degrees and certifications in marketing are a plus.
- (Optional) Up-to-date knowledge of marketing trends, techniques, and best practices.
- (Nice to have): Knowledge of blockchain technology, including its underlying concepts, decentralized systems and smart contracts.
