Marketing Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Contribute and distribute regular content covering industry news, topical news, integrated marketing campaigns, employee branding, customer testimonials in close collaboration with the Content Manager
- Manage offline content/activities alongside online activities for blended marketing campaigns
- Ensure internal resources are allocated for webinars and support set-up and execution of all online events
- Manage Trade Press relationships and potential PR opportunities
- Develop and execute the marketing vision and strategy based on an understanding of our product portfolio, customer needs & journeys, market trends, competitive landscape and opportunities
- Develop Go-To-Market plans, messaging, positioning, buyer personas, and sales enablement initiatives and put them in motion through operational efficiency
- Partner closely with product management to influence product roadmap, future releases and business strategy based on deep understanding market trends & customer needs
- Work directly with existing and potential customers to gain insights and feedback on product, messaging, value proposition, and experience to enhance sales and marketing efforts
- Drive the implementation of marketing campaigns that meet business objectives and drive leads
- Motivate, mentor and develop team members
- Set current and long-term goals for the marketing team
- Participate in the planning of the company’s objectives
- Lead and coordinate the activities with the internal marketing team and other third party providers across international markets

**What we look for in you**:

- Proven track record in demand generation and/or product marketing and experience in digital marketing
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality social media content
- Ability to work on different projects simultaneously and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- You already used CRM such as Hubspot, salesforce, interom
- Highly structured, great attention to detail, and deadline-oriented
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus for this role
- Proven track record for scaling business and revenue growth
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- You walk the talk
- Full working proficiency in English, good knowledge of German is highly desirable
