Aufgrund unseres Wachstums suchen wir aktuell eine/n Project Manager Disposition und Workflow

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du übernimmst die Projektleitung bei der Einführung des Dispo
- und Workflow-Moduls unseres Klinikinformationssystems KISIM.
- Du bist die primäre Ansprechperson gegenüber den Kunden, analysieren deren Prozesse im Bereich OP-Planung, Notfall, Bettenplanung, Therapie
- und Sprechstundenplanung, sowie Workflows.
- Du erarbeitest Konzepte und Spezifikationen und, beratest und schulst die Kunden im Einsatz des KISIM Dispo
- und Workflowmoduls. Du testest neue Entwicklungen und kundenspezifische Anpassungen.
- Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören auch kundenspezifische Parametrierungen für Kalender und Workflows.
- Du arbeitest eng mit der internen Entwicklung zusammen und bist mitverantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung des Dispo
- und Workflow-Moduls.

**Dein Profil**
- Du bist vertraut mit den klinischen Prozessen im Bereich der ambulanten und stationären Abteilungen in Spitälern oder Kliniken.
- Du hast die Fähigkeit, Anforderungen aufzunehmen, zu analysieren und Lösungen zu erarbeiten (Requirement-Engineering) und kannst dies übersichtlich dokumentieren.
- Du besitzt Erfahrung mit Behandlungsplanungs-Software - von Vorteil wäre Projekterfahrung bei Systemeinführungen und Erfahrung in Softwarekonfiguration.
- Du hast technisches Flair, idealerweise bereits Kenntnisse im Bereich Medizin-Informatik.
- Du arbeitest genau und hast ein gutes Auge fürs Testen.
- Du bist kommunikativ, hast eine hohe Beratungskompetenz und Freude an fachbezogenem Kundenkontakt.
- Du schätzt und praktizierst einen systematischen und transparenten Arbeitsstil und bringst dich gerne in einem Team ein.
