We are looking for a Project manager (M/F/x) to join our Project Management team for New Product Introduction in the Global Technology & Processes department at Straumann Villeret SA, the main dental implant system production site of the Straumann Group. Located in the French speaking part of Switzerland our production sites in Villeret and Corgémont currently employ more than 900 staff.

**In your role you will**:

- Define the adequate strategy and implement project management processes within the project team
- Carry out industrial projects by assuming full responsibility as project manager from the evaluation phase to the closing phase
- Identify the resources required for the successful completion of the project,
- Build the project team according to the necessary and available resources. Motivate, support, guide and coordinate project teams to develop a synergy to optimize the completion of the project
- Define the specifications, identify project risks and manage preventive actions/mitigations
- Build/monitor the schedule and manage the budget
- Lead the phase reviews and coordinate the collection and formalization of evidence from the different phases of the project
- Ensure the link between the client, the stakeholders and the team throughout the project
- Ensure the successful completion of the project by monitoring the effectiveness of the solution once in place
- Monitor and follow industrialization processes and guidelines to ensure operational goals of each manufacturing sites are met
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes

**We are looking for**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, with a specialization in production techniques, or a degree/experience deemed equivalent. Several years of experience could be significant and equivalent.
- Experience in project management in an industrial environment
- Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals or any other highly regulated environment a plus
- Understanding of production flows and requirements in an industrial environment
- Good knowledge of various methods and tools for problem solving and process improvement (Lean manufacturing)
- Technical knowledge of the following production processes is an asset: degreasing and industrial washing, CNC turning, (electro)chemical surface treatment, laser marking, dimensional control, packaging, automation and industrial vision
- French Level B2 / English Level B2 / German (Level A2 or higher) - an advantage
- Excellent ability to manage priorities and timelines. Great communication and information skills, comfortable in multidisciplinary and matrix collaboration, excellent interpersonal skills including with external partners
- High rigor, precision with a very good analytical, synthesis and decision-making mind
- Discretion (preservation of manufacturing secrets and ongoing projects)
- Positive attitude, open-minded, passionate, adept at change, ready to make mistakes and learn from them. Entrepreneurial and dynamic
- Motivated by industrial organization and contact with the field
- Mobile, open to travel between sites according to the project needs
- Ability to manage stress
