**DEINE MISSION**
- Werde der/die Kategorie Experte:in mit einem starken Blick auf die Wachstumspotentiale für unsere Top Brands
- Mitentwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien und Taktiken für die Brands evian, Volvic und Aptamil im Schweizer MarktzB. in Bezug auf Portfolio, Innovationen, Platzierung, Promotionen
- Analyse von Kategorie, Markt, Kunden und Shopper Trends sowie die Ableitung von klaren Handlungsempfehlungen
- Steuern von unseren Handlungen im Markt mittels regelmäßiges Tracking der KPIs (Marktanteile, Umsatz, Profit)
- Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Kundenmeetings (Strategiegespräche, Sell-in Stories) und internen Reviews
- Crossfunktionales Arbeiten insbesondere mit Sales und Marketing

Start ist ab dem 01.01.2023 in Zürich.

About you
**DEINE KOMPETENZEN**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL/Fachhochschule und erste Arbeitserfahrung im Category Management, Sales oder Marketing, idealerweise innerhalb der FMCG Branche
- Erste Kenntnisse über die schweizerische Handelsstruktur und idealerweise Handelspanelkenntnisse (z.B. Nielsen, GfK)
- Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denken sowie schnelles Erkennen von Zusammenhängen
- Starke analytische und kognitive Fähigkeiten
- Kommunikationsstarke und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
- Proaktivität und hohe Eigenverantwortlichkeit
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
