Our unit Gas Insulated Switchgears (GIS), based in Zürich-Oerlikon, is active in the development and production of gas insulated switching systems. **Your responsibilities**:
- Gather and analyze information and data to define the SCM process framework-
- Develop and implement standards, processes and tools to secure delivery, quality, cost and sustainability and ensure alignment of internal and external supply chains-
- Setup and conduct trainings to effectively implement new processes and tools-
- Work cross-functionally with operations, project management, quality, engineering and controlling to implement best in class supply chain excellence.-
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, engage with various levels of internal and external stakeholders-
- Living core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business**Your background**:
- Experienced supply chain management professional with high self-motivation and independent way of working-
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, requiring frequent communication, organization, time management and problem solving skills-
- Excellent communication skills, empathy and ability to work across multiple functions and cross cultural, drive action with internal and external stakeholders-
- SAP system reengineering experience and Microsoft skills, excel, PPT, Power BI, etc.-
- Bachelor/Master degree in supply chain management, engineering or similar with relevant continuous further education-
