DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead the implementation of the Country strategy
- Promote the values, vision, mission and the goals of Company
- Build from scratch local operations for the new branch in Switzerland
- Lead the delivery of Company’s suite of services while promoting the organisation’s values and achieving the vision, mission and objectives
- Support the overall international strategy
- Guide the Organisational team in making key decisions regarding the implementation of the strategy and overall direction of the Swiss branch
- Report to Senior Management on a regular basis
- Ensure overall operations compliance with the Swiss laws
- Seek development opportunities and ensure constant growth of the branch
- Identify technical capacity gaps, and take actions to resolve them
- Establish, develop and maintain excellent working relationships with customers, stakeholders and governmental institutions.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Native/fluent in German OR French, both verbal and written. Fluent in English
- Experience in managing complex operations
- 5- 10 years’ of management experience
- Previous working experience on the same or similar role from BPO/RPO industry will be considered as an advantage
- Experience working in global organization, coordinating cross-department, cross-cultural and cross-region operations
- Experience in fast scaling environments, recruitment and advanced staffing
- Understanding of local market: Labour law, processes, policies and finance
- Commercial experience in the local market, including Sales and/or business development
- Tech background (Development, QA, Engineering, etc.)
- Strong management & leadership skills
- Customer and goal oriented
- Strategic thinker with ability to make sound decisions.

**Salary**: Up to CHF230,000.00 per year

Schedule:
