Un nostro importante partner, azienda **fintech svizzera** operativa sul mercato europeo, sta ricercando un **HR Transformation Consultant**, che operi all’interno degli uffici della società con sede a **Lugano**.

**Responsabilità**:

- Collaborare con i clienti aziendali per valutare le esigenze in area HR e gli obiettivi aziendali;
- Sviluppare strategie customizzate di HR Transformation in linea con gli obiettivi del cliente e con un focus sul raggiungimento degli obiettivi di business;
- Mantenere una dettagliata documentazione su processi, strategie e risultati relativi all’HR transformation.
- Generare report periodici per i clienti e gli stakeholders così da tracciare i progressi e presentare l’incremento della qualità dei processi;
- Guidare l’implementazione di soluzioni di HR transformation, includendo processi di ottimizzazione, payroll strategy e automazioni;
- Lavorare a stretto contatto con team cross funzionali per assicurare la corretta esecuzione delle soluzioni proposte;
- Guidare e gestire progetti orientati all’implementazione di SAP SuccessFactor, Workday e/o altri HRM o sistemi HR.

**Esperienza, skills e formazione**:

- Approfondita esperienza in una o più delle seguenti aree: people strategy, workforce planning and analytics, organization design, HR transformation, transactions and restructuring, talent management, learning, reward and change management;
- 5 anni di esperienza in una società di servizi o in società di consulenza internazionale in cui si abbia rivestito un ruolo con forte esposizione verso i principali processi aziendali;
- **Esperienza su sistemi, tecnologie e operations per RPA, HRMS, Learning Systems e digitalizzazioni;**:

- **Esperienza nella gestione di progetti che prevedono l’implementazione di SAP SuccessFactors, Workday** e/o altri HRM o HR systems, e.g. ATS, LMS, Payroll software, Benefits Management software.
- Forti skills legate al project management e ottime doti comunicative;
- Solida conoscenza ed esperienza a livello tecnologico, al fine di seguire le evoluzioni tecnologiche in ambito HR e fornire consulenza sulle migliori pratiche da adottare;
- Seguire l'intero ciclo di vita dei progetti di HR transformation, dall'ideazione fino all'esecuzione e realizzazione.

**Offerta**:

- Contratto svizzero a tempo indeterminato
- Salario annuo lordo da 50.000 fino a 80.000 CHF (in base al livello di inserimento in azienda)

Contratto di lavoro: 100%, Tempo indeterminato

Stipendio: CHF60'000.00 - CHF80'000.00 all'anno
