**Head of Customer Experience and Campus services**

**The Job's Mission**

To manage a comprehensive printing service to all IMD programs, and the IMD community, in accordance with a service plan, quality management system and service level agreement. The job holder will need to keep up to date with technological advances in the printing industry, and constantly look for ways in which we can enhance or create new services that will add value to overall experience.

**Key Activities & Accountabilities**
- SERVICES: To organise and participate in delivery of all Printshop Services. Focus will be on assisting customers with all aspects of their printing requirements from production to final delivery, whilst ensuring that timescales, schedules and agreed deadlines are respected.
- CUSTOMER AND SUPPLIER LIASON: To liaise with customers and suppliers to provide the most effective and efficient use of Printshop Resources. Responsibilities includes Identifying, analysing, and negotiating contracts, controlling equipment, and managing appropriate supplier relationships to ensure mínimal disruption.
- BUDGET: Prepare, monitor, negotiate and control the annual budget and expenses, reallocating printing costs to each dept. to monitor and control cost.
- TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manage, organise, motivate, and develop the team to ensure service continuity and excellence.
- MAINTENANCE OF MACHINES: Responsible for renewal of machines, and negotiation of contracts with suppliers.
- LEADERSHIP: Represent the interest of the printshop team at both line manage level at IMD as well as within the overall Campus Service Department. The job holder will be expected to be professionally qualified and able to demonstrate professional judgement in decision making.
- PROBLEM SOLVING: Solving problems that arise in everyday operations.
- COMMUNICATION: Presenting and reporting the activities of the Printshop to the line manager and peers within the Campus Service Department, orally or in writing.

**Education**
- CFC - technical qualification

**Experience**
- At least 3-4 years of leading a team and service in the field of printing or reprographics
