**Position Summary**

The Nestlé Good for You (G4Y) program has a central role to play in delivering our vision of bringing tasty and balanced diets within reach of billions of people around the world. To deliver on our ambition at scale, we are creating a global digital service platform to be rolled-out at scale across markets and regions. This cross-portfolio brand experience hub will be driven by world-class content and digital experiences, bringing our Nestlé products and services to life.

As a “**Global Digital Product Owner G4Y**”, you will be leading the development and implementation of a highly strategic, enterprise-wide initiative, delivering the accelerated roll-out of the digital platform globally, while driving consumer engagement across the Nestlé brand portfolio. You will play an important role as part of the global Marketing team, responsible for shaping the overall product vision and strategy, working closely with key stakeholders and development teams to evolve key platform features and functionalities, managing the product development roadmap based on a deep understanding of business requirements, evolving consumer needs and market value.

**A Day in the Life of a Global Digital Product Owner G4Y**
- Own the development of the product vision and strategy, working closely with global and local stakeholders
- Lead development teams to shape the key platform features, services, and roadmap, based on a deep understanding of business requirements
- Lead the accelerated roll-out of a global digital services platform across multiple markets and regions, taking accountability for delivery in-line with project plan and delivery dates
- Act as the champion for the customer experience, ensuring optimal delivery of the experience vision and value creation for both the end users and the business
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog, features roadmap, and business requirements aligned with the overall product strategy, vision, and goals based on evolving consumer and business needs
- Make decisions on what features to include in each sprint or release cycle based on value they will deliver to consumers and the business
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and external partners across all levels of the organization to ensure requirements are captured to inform the product roadmap
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the product effectively meets customer needs
- Continuously monitor platform performance and gather feedback from consumers and stakeholders, leveraging data to drive decisions and prioritization of future enhancements
- Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, emerging trends, and new technologies that may impact the product’s future success

**What will make you successful**
- University degree in Business or IT related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 10 years’ experience in working in a Digital experience and/or eCommerce/technology environment
- At least 8 years’ experience in working in digital Product Ownership roles, spanning product strategy, technical product management, feature development, enablement, and commercialization
- Experience building and leading a global digital product team
- Proven experience delivering world-class consumer engagement / digital brand platforms at scale, leading global implementations across multiple markets and regions
- Experience building Applications (Apps.) with strong loyalty & rewards programmes preferred
- Qualified and experienced with Agile Project Management delivery approach / practices
- Ability to manage multiple agency partners and cross-functional internal teams
- Fluent in English
