As the Assistant BU Respiratory & Specialty you will support the BU Respiratory & Specialty team and are responsible for managing the administration of promotional materials, sponsoring of third-party meetings & events, supplier management and operational purchasing including contracting, management monitoring of key processes and risks and administrative tasks as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provides operational support to the BU Director
- Handles the contracts and payments for sponsoring’s of third-party meetings & events & supports HCPE manager in admin needs
- Handles the third-party overview (TPO) process and manages vendor setup, contracting and monitoring
- Assists with the onboarding process for newcomers (IT setup and training organization)
- Team assistance: managing POs and invoices, payment follow-up/resolving payment issues, organization of team meetings and events, travel assistance to team members (hotels and transport)
- Active continuous improvement of internal efficiency and external effectiveness
- Will take up one key Expert Role in the LOC

Why you?_**

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience of working in a multinational environment (preferably within the pharmaceutical industry)
- English good written and spoken
- Understanding of MS Office, SAP and Veeva systems
- Project Management capabilities
- Exposure to Governance and Compliance processes
- Fluency in German, English, French is a requirement
**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**:

- Higher Education (equivalent of Berufslehre)
- To be able to deliver on the analytical requirements of the position
