Afin d'assister notre groupe Sponsoring & événements, nous recherchons **un/e Project Coordinator à 100%.**
**Les missions qui vous attendent**:
- Participer à la mise en œuvre de la communication événementielle en lien avec la stratégie de sponsoring sur l’ensemble du territoire suisse
- Apporter votre soutien au groupe dans l’organisation d’événements clients
- Apporter votre soutien au groupe dans la mise en place des activités événementielles
- Prendre en charge certaines tâches administratives en lien avec les activités de sponsoring
**Votre profil**:
- Formation de type supérieure (HE, HES ou UNI)
- Idéalement une première expérience professionnelle (d’une durée de 1 à 3 ans) dans l’événementiel
- Grande aisance avec les outils informatiques usuels (Suite Office)
- Langue maternelle française ou (suisse-) allemande, très bonne maitrise de l’autre langue (niveau C1 minimum)
Vous êtes une personne dynamique, avec une vision proactive des tâches à accomplir, capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et de travailler avec un fort esprit d'équipe. Doté de fortes compétences organisationnelles, vous êtes à la recherche d'une nouvelle expérience professionnelle enrichissante en contact avec le marché national. Une aisance dans la communication orale et écrite est indispensable.
