**Your Role**

By joining us on the Manager Implementation position, you will lead and oversee the planning and effective execution of all customer implementation projects within the DLR Data Centers based in Zurich, in accordance with agreed contractual agreements and set timelines. You will also be responsible to lead and manage the local Implementation team, which will include distribution and deployment of project resources through the implementation project lifecycle.

You will reach your goals, by ensuring cost effective implementation of our services, utilizing the available internal resources as well as external parties supporting the projects. Your success will be measured through regular satisfaction ratings from both internal and external clients, but also by demonstrating continuous improvement of our implementation services standards and increase in overall customer satisfaction.

**Your Profile**
- BSc / MSc degree in the field of engineering or similar
- 7+ years’ experience in an Implementation Service role in an international environment with a minimum of 3+ years people management experience
- Project management background, preferably in a electrotechnical field, mechanical or data center environment
- Skilled in dealing with international customers and working within defined KPI's, budgets and schedules
- Good communication skills with a proactive way of working and resilient
- Ability to travel as requiered
- Fluent in German and English
