**The role**

We are a dynamic and multinational company and live a hands-on and can-do mentality. In the 10 years since our founding, we have been growing every year. In order to further expand, we are enlarging our People team and are seeking a motivated and talented HR Generalist who can help us improve our colleague's employee experience..

The company headquarters are in Zug, Switzerland and this is where the role is based.

**What you enjoy doing**

Working directly with the HR Manager, you will be a part of an international, highly motivated People Team, working cross-functionally and being part of projects, contributing to ensure a great employee experience. You will support a multitude of HR activities including but not limited to:
**_ General HR Administration_**
- You liaise with external partners (payroll providers in 4 different countries, insurances and benefit providers) for all HR operational matters;
- You are responsible for absence management;
- You support the organization and maintenance of personnel records;
- You are a key contact for our employees on HR Operations questions related to the employee life cycle across our different locations;
- You provide assistance to the HR Manager in relation to key people processes;
- You are responsible for a continuous update of all org charts;
- You will support additional functional and cross-functional projects like the implementation of an HRIS system;
**_Employee Onboarding_**
- You partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure a flawless onboarding; You manage the general onboarding calendar and set up onboarding sessions;
- You organize materials related to onboarding;
- You ensure that all relevant documentation is available to process onboarding to payroll in four different jurisdictions (Switzerland, UK, USA and Germany)
- You are the point of contact for new joiners administration and accompany them throughout the onboarding process

**_Internal Communication_**
- You support HR-related communication activities (People newsletter, New Joiner's announcements, employee anniversaries & birthdays, etc.);
**What we look for**
- Ideally, you have at least 5 years of experience in HR operations within a multi-national shared service-center set-up or within an entrepreneurial growing organization.
- You are a motivated individual willing to learn and grow implementing new procedures and processes. You have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as the ability to deliver high-quality outputs under deadline pressure;
- You have strong organizational skills, see colleagues as your customers and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment;
- You have experience in working with a HRIS system;
- You have worked with all G-Suite systems and are comfortable with new technologies;
- You ideally have a university degree or equivalent;
- You are fluent in English, German is desirable;
