Vos responsabilités
**Gérer le fonctionnement de l’équipe afin de**:
- Optimiser l’utilisation des outils disponibles.
- Définir les procédures de travail au sein de l’équipe.
- Planifier les activités de l’équipe et en assurer le suivi en veillant à leur niveau de qualité.
- Encourager la standardisation et l’utilisation correcte des procédures internes (ITIL).
- Reporting sur les prestations de son équipe.
**Gérer le support fourni aux utilisateurs afin de**:
- Assurer le suivi de la satisfaction des utilisateurs (internes et externes) et améliorer de façon continue le support aux utilisateurs.
- Gérer les moments de crise, entreprendre les actions nécessaires pour le travail en escalade et veiller à ce que des informations correctes soient envoyées à temps à tous les utilisateurs.
**Assurer une gestion efficace**:
- Lancer des initiatives pour le traitement efficace des appels et des incidents
- Lancer des initiatives afin de diminuer le nombre d’appels et d’incidents.
- Gestion du parc informatique des PC, imprimantes, étiqueteuses.
- Garantir une utilisation et un renouvellement optimal du parc.
**Autres réponsablitiés**:
- Gérer les affectations des ressources en fonction des besoins et des compétences disponibles.
- Diriger et motiver ses collaborateurs en leur donnant des directives claires, précises et en veillant au suivi du travail effectué.
- Coacher et développer ses collaborateurs en procédant régulièrement aux évaluations de ces derniers, en précisant avec eux leurs zones de progrès et en les accompagnant dans le processus d’amélioration de leurs compétences.
- Jouer son rôle de personne de référence en répondant aux questions, attentes et autres suggestions de ses collaborateurs en se montrant accessible et disponible.
- Collaboration poussée avec les autres équipes IT et externes.
- Garantir le service à la clientèle
- Assurer et participer au Piquet
Compétences requises
**Formation de base**:
- Diplôme HES en informatique - Formation niveau Bachelor.
- Français et Allemand courants, bonnes connaissances d’anglais.
**Expérience**:
- 5 à 10 ans d’expérience dans le domaine informatique en tant qu’agent Service Desk ou technicien informatique.
- 5 ans au moins d’expérience dans la gestion d’équipe.
