Unsere Business Unit Security Solutions besteht aus rund 50 Experten, die unsere Kunden bei einer Vielzahl von Fragen rund um Cybersicherheit, Identity und Access Management (IAM) und Sicherheitslösungen unterstützt. Dies beginnt bei Sicherheitskonzepten und -architekturen und reicht bis hin zum vollständigen Management von digitalen Identitäten im Rahmen von Projekten und integrierten Dienstleistungen.

Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig Für die Führung unseres neuen Operations Center innerhalb des Bereichs Delivery Management suchen wir dich als Service and Operations Manager. Folgende Aufgaben erwarten dich:

- Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung unseres neuen Operations Center für unsere Security
- Lösungen im Bereich Identitäts
- und Zugriffsmanagement (IAM), um zusammen mit unseren Supportteams die Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen
- Koordination und laufende Verbesserung des Tooleinsatzes für die Automatisierung zur Produktivitätssteigerung
- Verantwortlich für die Steuerung, Analyse und Optimierung relevanter Support
- und Betriebsprozesse, um die gewünschten Qualitäts-, Service
- und Sicherheitsstandards zu erreichen
- Überwachung und Steuerung der notwendigen Ressourcen für die Erbringung unserer Support
- und Betriebsleistungen sowie Pikettdienst
- Definition und Kontrolle von relevanten KPIs und Mitverantwortung für deren Erreichung
- Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung von Support
- und Betriebsmodellen sowie Offerings für unsere Kunden

**Das suchen wir**:

- Diplom als Informatiker Systems Engineering EFZ oder vergleichbarer Hintergrund
- Fundierte Erfahrungen in der fachlichen Führung von Support
- und Betriebsorganisationen für Softwarelösungen, mit Vorteil im Sicherheitsumfeld und im Zusammenhang mit Cloud-Plattformen
- Methodenkompetenz in Support
- und Betriebsprozessen wie ITIL
- Erfahrungen in der Wahl und dem Einsatz von Tools, Automatisierungstechniken und DevOps-Lösungsansätzen für unsere Dienstleistungen
- Hohes Mass an Empathie, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Durchsetzungsstärke
- Dienstleistungs
- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise, leben von Agile Leadership Principles
- Analytische Denkweise und rasche Auffassungsgabe
- Freude am Arbeiten in interdisziplinären Teams
