**Tech Team Lead Corporate Performance Management**

**CONTEXT**- In charge of managing the Corporate Performance Management team within Group Technologies Business Foundations with direct report to the Product Area Manager Finance.
- Provides high level of IT expertise in the area of group finance for MNC, with Anaplan and with SAP tools like SEM-BCS, BW, BW-IP, SAC, Analysis for Office.
- In charge of supporting and streamlining the organization, documentation and testing along the IT implementation
- Act as facilitator to optimize interaction between functional and technical consultants and between business functions, such as Group Accounting and Reporting, Group Planning & Analysis, Group Real Estate, Group Corporate Social Responsibility, Group Tax.

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

**Being part of the Group Tech Foundations extended management team**
- Develop and maintain with Brands & Richemont business functions a global template based on the Richemont business model
- Ensure implementation of the strategic direction given by the Group Tech leadership team
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of the global template in terms of systems, processes & functions on a worldwide scale
- Actively participate in the budget and rolling forecast of the responsible area

**Managing and Developing teams in close collaboration with the product area manager**
- Conduct and effectively implement the individual performance management process of the CPM team and propose compensation reviews where and when appropriate
- Prepare development plan with team members
- Set up & ensure different roles and responsibilities (project manager, integration expert, support coordinator) are appropriately filled and assumed in the team
- Set up & ensure responsibility matrix incl. deputies
- Ensure efficient and smooth information and communication flow within the CPM team and as well a thorough communication across teams and good integration of external team members

**Being in charge of product Corporate Performance Management**
- Design & implementation of a global template solution with key focus on BW, BW-IP, BCS, Anaplan in close cooperation with business responsible (Product Owner, experts and key users)
- Transform the exiting architecture in line with the targeted finance IT architecture (e.g. Anaplan, SAC, SAP Group Reporting, S/4 facilitation)
- Design of specific business requirements, if required and agreed
- Ensure appropriate project management
- Provide & ensure a good maintenance quality
- Provide & ensure a good quality of tests inside the EAS testing framework
- Provide & ensure a good quality of documentation (template, customizing, development specification)

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?**

- Proven experience in managing teams (projects or within an IT organization- Proven experience in one or several of SAP BI, BPC, BCS, SAC, Anaplan-
- Analytical and problem-solving skill- Excellent communication and presentation skills- **Specific knowledge**
- Solid integration knowledge with SAP ECC and/or S/4 modules- Credibility as a central contact for the finance business community- **Professional experience**
- Min. 6 years SAP experience- Or substantial Anaplan experience with SAP integration- International experience- **Languages**
- English- French as a plus- **Required aptitude and qualities**
