SEO Manager

Our facility in Reinach, Switzerland is currently looking for a SEO Manager (M/F/d).

**Role + Responsibilities**:

- You take responsibility for defining, planning, and executing the SEO strategy of Endress+Hauser to increase our site’s visibility in organic search results
- You communicate the strategy, results, and updates to relevant stakeholders effectively
- You share your SEO knowledge within our organization and develop guidelines, training and recommendations
- You plan, analyze, and implement both on and off-page activities to improve our SEO ranking and increase website traffic
- You translate business goals into relevant KPIs and report those regularly
- You lead external partners, work closely with our cross-functional teams to support strategies and optimize existing content
- You keep up to date with SEO, social media, internet marketing trends, and technology developments, compare it with our status quo and then recommend necessary steps to close the gap

**Qualification + Profile**:

- 3+ years proven experience in Search Engine Optimization on large scale, multi-lingual websites in both a technical and content capacity
- Proven experience in outreach and content optimization strategy and delivery
- Advanced knowledge of analytics and SEO-oriented tools for measuring growth
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing strategies (SEM & SEA)
- Higher education or comparable qualification
- Knowledge of optimization of corporate and eCommerce websites for SEO / web performances as well as knowledge in performance reporting
- Excellent visualization, written and verbal communication skills
- Well organized, self-motivated and highly collaborative
