FOLLOW YOUR FLOW AND JOIN US

Aufgaben
- Verantwortlich für Umsetzung der Online-Marketing-Strategie
- Analyse, Auswertung und ständige Optimierung aller Online-Marketing-Aktivitäten
- Betreuung und inhaltliche Pflege unserer Unternehmens-Webseiten
- Weiterentwicklung der Webseite hinsichtlich einer erfolgreichen Customer Journey und optimaler Usability sowie Konzeption neuer Webseiten-Funktionen
- Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Online-Marketing-Massnahmen
- Unterstützung bei der operative Betreuung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle: Community-Management, Redaktionsplanung, Contentrecherche und -erstellung, Durchführung von Social Media Kampagnen) u.a. auf Facebook, LinkedIn, Xing, Instagram etc.
- Organisation des gruppenweiten Austausches der internationalen Social-Media-Verantwortlichen

Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Digital Marketing, Digitale Medien oder Kommunikation oder eine vergleichbar abgeschlossene Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Digital Marketing / Social Media im Unternehmen oder einer Agentur
- Vertraut mit Content-Management-Systemen
- ausgeprägtes Verständnis der Social-Media-Welt und der Funktionalitäten der Plattformen; Erfahrung mit Social-Media-Kampagnen
- Gutes Verständnis von SEO- und SEA-Marketing und Webanalysetools
- Kenntnisse in der Bild
- und Videobearbeitung
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2 oder C1)
