We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Associate to join our Group as a member of the Non-Blue Digital Sales Channels, which is part of Endress+Hauser Group Services. The position is located in Reinach, Switzerland, hosted by Endress+Hauser International and reports to the Head of Non-Blue Digital Sales Channels, located in Reinach.

**What is the role about?**

**Which tasks will you perform?**
You will:

- Plan, create and distribute engaging content for the Endress+Hauser Portfolio and products, such as online product content (text, photo, video), promotion material, newsletters, training webinars, etc.
- Promote, monitor and analyze the performance and feedback of the content and communication strategies in user engagement using tools such as MAPP, SimilarWeb, Elocua, etc.
- Organize internal and external activities and events and communicate towards the growing of the Non-Blue Network (internal and external).
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in the automation industry and the GPT technology and incorporate them into the content and communication plans.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as engineers, designers, customers, partners, etc. to ensure consistent and effective communication.

**What do we expect from you?**
You:

- Have a commercial or communication education in a relevant field.
- Have first professional experience in a similar position in a digital marketing environment.
- Have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English and German.
- Have the knowledge of digital marketing technology, metric tools and platforms.
- Are a persistent, self-confident and team-oriented personality.
- Bring a creative and innovative mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit.Enjoy working with GPT and AI, design and video editing tools knowledge is a plus.
