Notre client est une Maison de Luxe, reconnue mondialement pour son artisanat exceptionnel et son héritage intemporel.

Celui-ci nous missionne pour la recherche un Flagship Store Manager pour diriger sa boutique emblématique de Genève.

Nous recherchons un leader passionné par le luxe, doté d'une connaissance profonde de la clientèle locale et d'une expérience solide dans la gestion d'une boutique de luxe.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- Gestion de la boutique : Vous serez responsable de la gestion quotidienne de la boutique, veillant à ce que les opérations se déroulent parfaitement et à l'excellence du service à la clientèle.
- Connaissance de la clientèle locale : Vous devrez développer une compréhension approfondie de la clientèle locale, anticiper ses besoins et préférences, et créer des expériences personnalisées pour renforcer la fidélité des clients.
- Supervision de l'équipe : Vous dirigerez une équipe de vente hautement qualifiée, en veillant à ce qu'ils soient motivés, formés et prêts à offrir un service exceptionnel.
- Gestion des stocks : Vous devrez gérer efficacement le stock de produits de luxe, en veillant à ce qu'il soit toujours bien approvisionné et en coordonnant les réapprovisionnements.
- Performance financière : Vous serez responsable de l'atteinte des objectifs de vente, de la gestion des budgets, et de la rentabilité de la boutique.
- Communication avec le siège social : Vous serez le lien entre la boutique de Genève et le siège social de la Maison, assurant une communication fluide et le respect des directives de la marque.

**Exigences**:

- Expérience significative dans la gestion d'une boutique de luxe, de préférence en tant que Store Manager ou équivalent.
- Connaissance approfondie de la clientèle locale de Genève et de ses spécificités.
- Aptitude démontrée à diriger une équipe et à la motiver pour atteindre des objectifs ambitieux.
- Passion pour le luxe, l'artisanat et la qualité exceptionnelle.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et une attitude orientée client.
- Compréhension des tendances du marché du luxe et des marques concurrentes.
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) est un atout.
