Pour l'un de nos partenaires, une **entreprise suisse **active dans le monde automobile et HE à Genève, nous recherchons un **HR & Talent Acquisition Manager**.

**I - Missions principales**

**1.1 - Gestion administrative et contractuelle RH**
- Veiller à ce que les principaux processus RH soient définis et respectés (embauche, gestion des contrats, révision salariale, évaluation annuelle, etc.).
- Tenez à jour les dossiers des employés précis et sécurisés, gérez les avantages sociaux des employés et supervisez les processus de paie.
- Tenez-vous au courant de tout changement dans les lois et réglementations.
- Proposer et mettre en œuvre des politiques et des pratiques conformes aux exigences légales et réglementaires. Cela peut inclure des politiques sur l'égalité des chances en matière d'emploi, la lutte contre la discrimination, la prévention du harcèlement, la rémunération, les avantages sociaux et les conditions de travail.

**1.2 - Conseiller les managers et la direction générale en matière RH**:

- En tant que Responsable RH et Acquisition de Talents, votre mission est:

- travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction de l'entreprise pour analyser la qualité des ressources existantes et leur adéquation aux besoins,
- proposer et participer à leur évolution (évaluation, formation, suivi, mobilité, nouveau rôle ou fonction)
- gérer le vivier de Talents.
- anticiper les besoins futurs, accompagner les changements opérationnels à venir et enfin optimiser le processus de recrutement.

À cette fin, vous avez établi des mesures qui s’alignent sur le plan et fournissent des commentaires réguliers, facilitant ainsi l’amélioration des employés et contribuant à la réalisation des objectifs de l’entreprise.

**1.3 - Mettre en œuvre et développer l’image Employer Branding.**
- Être capable d'auditer le processus de recrutement et de proposer des améliorations en fonction des besoins spécifiques de l'entreprise, des projets et des marchés.
- Veiller à ce que les communications de recrutement soient claires, cohérentes et pertinentes par rapport aux compétences et aux profils recherchés.
- Représenter l'entreprise auprès des écoles et des agences de recrutement.
- Rejoindre et participer à des communautés en accord avec les objectifs et les valeurs de l'entreprise.
- Participer et développer activement la culture d'entreprise.

**1.4 - Optimisation et fluidité du recrutement et de la gestion RH**:

- Assurer la qualité et la fluidité du processus de sourcing, depuis le besoin initial, la description de poste, l'annonce, les entretiens et le processus de sélection, jusqu'à l'intégration dans l'entreprise.
- Si nécessaire, sélectionnez et utilisez un ATS (système d'acquisition de talents)
- Assurer la qualité des usages et des données du SIRH (Système d'information RH).
- Évaluer la pertinence des campagnes de recrutement et mettre en œuvre des actions pour les améliorer.
- Créer et gérer la CVthèque

**II - Compétences requises.**
- Excellentes compétences relationnelles, esprit d'équipe.
- Excellente communication écrite et orale.
- Capacité à communiquer de manière appropriée et proactive dans divers modes, y compris les médias sociaux.
- Bonnes connaissances et capacité à comprendre les aspects juridiques et financiers des entreprises et du fonctionnement au sein des entreprises.
- Flexible, proactif et réactif aux demandes changeantes de l'entreprise.
- Très opérationnel, agile et autonome.
- Capacité à anticiper, préparer, gérer parfois sous stress et pression.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles qui reflètent la capacité à effectuer et à prioriser plusieurs tâches.
- Volonté d'évoluer dans un environnement international en rapide évolution avec une exposition très importante.
- **Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais et du français.**

**III- Expérience**
- 5 ans d'études universitaires ou licence en RH ou école de commerce avec spécialisation RH.
- 10 ans d'expérience en RH avec une expérience enregistrée en chasse de têtes.
- Bonne exposition internationale et expérience de travail avec des équipes internationales.
- Bonnes connaissances en juridique, informatique et pack-office.
- Une connaissance de l'industrie automobile et du marché secondaire devrait être un plus.
- Une expérience de travail dans une start-up et dans un environnement à croissance rapide devrait être appréciée.

**Offre**:85-95.000 CHF - Contrat permanent
