Business Continuity Manager

**Afin de renforcer l’équipe en place de notre client**:
**Votre mission**:

- Contribution à la définition de la stratégie de la Continuité des Activités
- Contribution à la conception de processus de prévention et de gestion de crise,
- Mettre en œuvre la directive du groupe pour la prévention et la gestion de la crise,
- Elaborer les «BCP - Business Continuity Plans» dans les différents scenarii de risques concernés et en cohérence avec les objectifs de continuité de l'activité,
- S'assurer que le traitement des risques et l'acceptation des risques résiduels soient organisés, validés et mis en place,
- Documenter les bonnes pratiques des «BIA - Business Impact Analysis» aligné sur la stratégie de continuité,
- S’assurer que les débriefings des incidents concernés soient faits, organiser les retours d'expérience post-crise et s’assurer de la capitalisation,
- Contribution à la définition des indicateurs de maturité et d'efficacité

**Votre profil**

Ingénieur en informatique ou en télécom avec une expérience d’au moins 5 ans de préférence dans le consulting IT avec des connaissances en l’exploitation des réseaux, IT ou environnement techniques dans le monde bancaire.

**Compétences Techniques exigées**:

- Des compétences multi-domaines Réseaux, IT et Environnement Technique,
- Expérience ou connaissances dans le domaine du BCP (Business Continuity Planning)
- Connaissance en gouvernance en sécurité (Disponibilité, Intégrité et confidentialité).

**Compétences techniques optionnelles**:

- La certification ISO 22301 est un plus.
- Une expérience dans l’étude et la mise en place du PCA est un plus

**Savoir-être**:

- Doté d’un excellent relationnel et un bon sens du service
- Autonome, Réactif, Pragmatique
- Capacité de rédaction et de présentation en français et en anglais.
