**Director, Strategy & Operations - Boudry Site**
This role reports to the VP, Global Drug Development (GDD) Strategy & Capabilities with alignment to the SVP, Global Medical Affairs and Boudry site head.
Core responsibilities of this role are:
- A member of the Site Leadership Team (SLT), a cross-functional team responsible for governing Boudry site operations and growth strategy
- Partnering with site leadership on development of a long-term site growth plan, defining key performance metrics for plan delivery, and effectively managing delivery to plan
- Managing an ongoing set 10-15 strategic site initiatives as a project management office (PMO), ensuring connectivity across the seams, and enabling prioritization / resourcing conversations when needed
- Partnering with enterprise business partners to plan and implement internal and external engagement opportunities - inclusive of Town Halls, Site engagement activities, Senior Leader meetings etc.
- Ensuring connectivity and local/global interfaces with other key BMS sites across the network - Shanghai, Tokyo, Uxbridge and BMS NJ sites among others
- Develop executive-level presentations and updates to facilitate BMS leadership discussions on site strategy and growth
**Requirements**:
- Undergraduate (BA/BS) degree required; Advanced degree or MBA preferred
- 7-10 years of professional experience in strategy & operations roles across life sciences or management consulting
- Business operations or Program Management experience and familiarity with matrix management
- Demonstrated strength in partnering with business leaders to assess critical needs and performance, developing and effectively managing plans and initiatives, and delivering business outcomes
- Flexible and able to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Comfort in agile work environment and capable of bringing structure to vaguely defined problems while using creative yet pragmatic problem-solving approaches
- Proactive, organized, and promoter of diversity and inclusivity
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills; strong change & stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence, and drive organizational engagement across functions and sites
- Working fluency in French a plus
