**Legal & Integrity Corporate Counsel (80-100%)**:

In this role you will be responsible as Country Corporate Counsel for entire ABB Switzerland and Senior Legal Counsel for Germany for our Motion business. As a Country Corporate Counsel you will be a member of the management committee of ABB Switzerland and representing ABB Switzerland in external committees and boards. You will also give legal support in M&A transactions in corporate matters and serve as Secretary of the Board for ABB Switzerland. As a Senior Legal Counsel you will provide legal support and advice to divisions, businesses and function organization in all domestic and international legal aspects, across a broad range of legal issues, in particular disputes, contract, commercial, competition and intellectual property law (may also include employment/labor law).

**This position reports to**:
Head of Labor & Employment Law

**Your responsibilities**:

- Anticipating and identifying legal issues of concern to management and proactively developing effective legal strategies and practical solutions
- Legal Entities Management of operational companies at country level and handling of overall legal structure - Legal entity management
- Handling and implementation of country policies and other local instructions, and other governance matters
- Driving of integrity on country level to ensure compliance within local Business with the ABB Group Integrity Program and specific integrity aspects triggered by local law
- Ensuring good corporate governance in accountability at country level, supporting implementation of the Code of Conduct and on-going integrity training and assists in investigation (internal and external) and resolution of any legal and integrity issues that arise
- Supporting the business to be in compliance with applicable laws and regulations as well as ABB internal policies and procedures in various fields, in particular data privacy, competition law, bribery and corruption

**Your background**:

- Swiss Attorney-at-law or very good experience in Swiss corporate law
- German Attorney-at-law or very good experience in German commercial law
- 5+ years of experience as inhouse counsel
- Fluency in German as well as English is mandatory
- Every other language is beneficial (French/Italian)
