- You will:
- work as senior Product Manager/Project Manager in an interdisciplinary environment and will be responsible for ensuring that our strategic initiatives focus on digitalization and are implemented on schedule and to a high standard (e.g. coordinate IT delivery and testing activities, involve control functions, support the development of roll-out, communication and go-to-market strategy with marketing)
- develop effective & innovative product strategies to position our (digital) account and cash management offering in a dynamic market environment and present them to our senior management
- develop requirements backlog in close collaboration with IT architects, business analysts, product managers and business representatives
- conduct market research to understand trends of the industry, customers' insights and pricing sensitivity in order to develop innovative concepts that fulfills the clients’ needs
- support pod Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product measurements and metrics to meet overall business goals
- ensure the quality and compliance of the product, from also a technical and non-functional requirement (i.e. production stability, performance, maintainability)

- You will work as part of a Product Manager Chapter in a highly motivated agile Pod team within the “Depositing Money” crew in Zurich. Together with a diverse team of IT, marketing, analytics and product management colleagues located in Poland and in Switzerland, you will help to expand UBS's leading position in Wealth Management, Retail and Corporate Banking and provide an important impetus for further development in this key business area.

**Your expertise**
- a university degree with banking/finance or technical background (banking preferred)
- strong banking business/process understanding
- 3-5 years’ experience in project or product management, preferably with focus on digitization
- experience in client journey ideation, visual design, development of product vision and roadmap
- able to interact confidently and convincingly with colleagues across different seniority levels
- entrepreneur mindset, proactive, highly engaged, and able to work under pressure
- strong analytical skills to convert client and business needs into technical demands
- a team player with good attention to detail: you can work independently and are goal-oriented
- fluent in German and English (speaking and writing)
