In der wichtigen Rolle als Leiter:in Parking Space Management sorgst du für eine ganzheitliche Bewirtschaftung des Parking Space Managements mit mehreren tausend Parkplätzen schweizweit und bist verantwortlich für die fachliche Steuerung der dir zugewiesenen Sachbearbeiter:innen (2-3 Mitarbeitende).

- Du trägst die administrative Verantwortung bei der kaufmännischen Bewirtschaftung der Parkplätze (Erstellen von Mietverträgen, Bearbeiten von Kündigungen, Mahnwesen, Versand und Rückforderung von Zutrittsmitteln etc.)
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Auftraggeber:innen, Mieter:innen und Drittverwaltungen
- Du steuerst dein Bewirtschaftungsteam fachlich (2-3 Mitarbeitenden) und stellst eine hohe Qualität bei der Leistungserbringung sicher
- Mit deinem betriebswirtschaftlichen Denken und Handeln führst du deine Mandate selbstständig und stellst die Einhaltung der Prozesse sowie die zeitgerechte Erledigung der Aufgaben innerhalb deines Teams sicher
- Du bist verantwortlich für die termingerechte Auslieferung von monatlichen Reports an unsere Kunden

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung, idealerweise ergänzt durch Weiterbildungen
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- Sicherer und klarer Ausdruck in Wort und Schrift
- Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse
- Englisch
- und Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie Organisationstalent
